Refund Policy

Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloads, e-books) are final. Once you have purchased and received access to the content, no refunds or cancellations are possible.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access is provided immediately after checkout.

  • Because of the nature of digital goods, you waive any right to a refund.

Physical Products

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be refunded.

🇬🇧 UK – Refund Policy / Right to Cancel

Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a UK consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right, you must notify us by email at clavsimperii@gmail.com.

Effects of Cancellation

  • We will reimburse all payments, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof of return.

  • You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • digital downloads where you agreed to immediate access and acknowledged you lose your right to cancel,

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

🇫🇷 France – Droit de Rétractation

Droit de rétractation (Code de la Consommation, art. L221-18)

Vous disposez d’un délai légal de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier de motifs.

Effets de la rétractation

  • Nous vous rembourserons tous les paiements reçus, y compris les frais de livraison standard, au plus tard 14 jours après réception de votre demande.

  • Le remboursement sera effectué par le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé lors de l’achat, sauf accord contraire.

  • Nous pouvons différer le remboursement jusqu’à réception des biens ou preuve d’expédition.

  • Les frais de retour restent à votre charge.

Exceptions

Le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas :

  • aux contenus numériques (ex. téléchargements) dont l’exécution a commencé avec votre accord préalable,

  • aux biens scellés qui ne peuvent être retournés pour des raisons d’hygiène une fois ouverts.
